Eagle’s Ridge is a small, wooded community situated among the rolling hills of Chatham County, North Carolina. This neighborhood provides a peaceful living environment for people in all stages of life. The natural landscape offers seasonal appeal with its abundance of hardwoods and rocky creeks that flow throughout most of the year. Redbud and dogwood trees serve as harbingers of springtime. Summers are full of Carolina blue skies, hummingbirds, and whippoorwills. As the days grow shorter, brilliant fall colors stand out. Winters usually bring a light, short-lived snowfall. The Property Owners’ Association is governed by a Board of Directors, who conducts an annual meeting. Residents also work together through a Community Watch Program. Neighbors help maintain and beautify the neighborhood on landscape workdays.
